1/30-Upcoming Schedule Changes
Effective 2/3:
We will be consolidating the two Monday and Wednesday SilverSneakers classes to one class at 11:30am. Those who were scheduled next Monday have already been moved to the earlier class.
Effective 2/10:
The 12:45pm Zumba Gold class will be canceled as we consolidate our Zumba classes as well.
We added these additional classes to meet a large demand that we no longer have. So as of right now, the additional classes are no longer needed.
New printed schedules will be available starting next week at the front desk.

I went to my first Zumba Gold class yesterday (Tuesday) and absolutely loved it! It was so fun and a great cardio workout. I am also going to Thursday’s class. I’m so sorry that I didn’t get started in ZG sooner. Is there a chance to include 2 ZG classes a week in your new schedule?
