Lisa is from the heart of South Carolina. She was raised on sweet tea, sunshine, and southern hospitality. Lisa’s passion for fitness and nutrition began when she became a mother. What started as an outlet to manage stress and care for herself quickly became a way of life. She discovered that exercise not only strengthened her body but also gave her more energy, patience, and focus — benefits that positively impacted her family and inspired a lifelong commitment to wellness.
For more than 20 years, Lisa has spent countless hours in gyms learning from top trainers and instructors while deepening her knowledge of nutrition alongside dietitians and physicians, especially while overcoming gestational diabetes. When her youngest child started school, she decided it was time to turn her passion into a career and began earning certifications to help others on their health journeys.
Lisa is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutritionist, and Les Mills RPM Instructor. She specializes in helping middle-aged women and seniors build strength, mobility, and confidence through functional and strength training, toning, and balanced nutrition. Her approach emphasizes sustainable, whole-body health — understanding the difficulty of balancing family, work, life and personal wellness — seeing firsthand the long-term physical and mental health benefits that come from investing in yourself.
Lisa’s workouts are designed to challenge, uplift, and inspire — showing each client that investing in their health can transform every part of life.
Outside the gym, Lisa enjoys spending time outdoors, soaking up God’s creation through gardening, hiking, and traveling with her husband and five children (ages 9–19). She loves her daily walks with her cockapoo, Izzy, and enjoys sharing good food and laughter with family and friends. Lisa enjoy’s reading and continues studying all she can about health, fitness, and faith.
