This class focuses on improving flexibility and range of motion through various stretching techniques, often incorporating elements from yoga, Pilates, and other modalities, suitable for all fitness levels, aiming to increase mobility, relieve muscle tension, and promote relaxation by targeting major muscle groups throughout the body with a focus on proper form and alignment; typically including a warm-up and cool-down with deep breathing exercises

-Booking is allowed up to 1 week in advance and before as late as 15 minutes from class start time. -Cancelations are allowed before 1 hour from class start time. If you are trying to cancel within that hour time slot please message us directly through the app.
