What is PowerX Bootcamp? 

 

A fitness community and experience that will help you get the most out of your workout. With the option of technology- tracked training, this workout is designed to produce results. Suitable for every fitness level, we make it simple for you to push yourself and be your personal best.

With each session, you’ll experience the elite, proven benefits of combining high-intensity interval training (HIIT), circuit training, and functional training in order to provide you with the results you’re looking for – all in just under an hour.
