PowerX: Butts & Guts is a targeted strength and conditioning workout designed to perk up your peach and build a rock-solid core. This session hits the glutes, abs, and everything in between with focused movements that sculpt, strengthen, and burn.

You’ll feel the fire as you move through dynamic circuits built to tighten, tone, and transform — powered by the signature motivation and intensity of the PowerX Squad.

PowerX: Heavy Metal is all about building serious muscle and raw strength. This format dials in on heavy lifting with 8–10 rep max sets designed to push your limits and pack on power.
