I absolutely loved the class tonight. One of the best classes I have taken here so far. Is there plans to have a daytime slot or is it only available in the evening?

Hey love, we are so glad you enjoyed the Sass-N-Tone class tonight. As of right now, it will only be available on Tuesdays at 4:30. Tiger might also teach it if one of the Pilates or Piyo classes need subbing or randomly as a pop-up class.
